Originally from Madrid and an experienced teacher, translator and liaison interpreter, I've been living in France for the past six years now. My husband is French.
I have a Masters degree in Modern Literature from Madrid's Complutense University.
I am interested in mythology and enjoy rambling and knitting.

I spent 20 years living in Germany where I completed my studies.
Following my "agrégation" (a graduate degree teaching examination), I taught French and German in Berlin for 4 years and I now teach French as a foreign language at ECS.
In addition, I am responsible for ECS' translation and interpreting departments.
The Argentine tango is one of my passions!

I was born and raised in Canada. I moved to Europe 20 years ago following completion of my legal studies.
I have a total of 16 years teaching experience in France and Germany with a specialization in legal and business English.

I moved to France in 1999 from Wales after working for 20 years as a midwife in Cardiff.
Since receiving my TEFLA diploma, I have been working as a teacher for ECS.
Walking and reading are two of my free time interests.

I have studied in Italy and in Finland and have been living in France for 20 years.
At ECS my tasks involve teaching, creating new teaching materials and taking care of special projects, such as technical reading.
My hobbies include gardening, knitting and singing gregorian chant.

Holder of a DUFA (French University Diploma in Adult Training), I have also written a thesis entitled "The Bilingual Education of Franco-German Children from the Nantes Region"

Personnal assistant in medical research and chartered surveying, I moved to France in 1979 to help my husband set up a subsidiary for his then company in Lyon where I began as an English trainer, and since 1984 in Nantes.
I love gardening and helping renovate our old farm house.

A Russian native, I am originally from Saint Petersburg, where I studied engineering.
I've been in France for the past 10 years and I work with ECS as both a language teacher and a russian interpreter and translator.
In addition to enjoying literature, travel and sport, I am really looking forward to giving you a helping hand in crossing linguistic boundaries.

I graduated from the University College of Galway, Ireland in 1997 and I've been living and teaching in France for the past four years. I moved to Nantes and joined the ECS team as an English language trainer in July 2001.
My hobbies include reading, drawing, painting and I've recently discovered a new sport - skiing!

Annie, as head of the administration at ECS, I try to offer you a welcome which immediately puts you at ease and gives you the motivation you need. I also manage your training programme.
I have a scientific background and in a past life worked as a laboratory technician.
I am interested in psychotherapy and enjoy hiking in the montains.

I was raised in Plymouth England and educated at the Universities of Cambridge (M.A.) and Birmingham (M.A. in Applied Linguistics)
I have developed English language programmes in Spain, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and directed an English Communication Skills project in Japan. I have worked for the British Council and done international consultancy work. In France I worked for Engineering Schools and Business Schools for several years.
I set up ECS in the 1980s to provide a full range of language services to business and institutions in the West of France. ECS became a limited company in 1990 and now has a twin in Scotland - ECS Scotland.
I have a daughter and love playing the violin.
