Languages : Training perfectly adapted to the DIF
We have developed a recognised expertise concerning the DIF (Droit Individuel à la Formation) which ensures the trainee that his sessions are geared to his objectives and his work rhythm.
Hence, a large proportion of our training programmes are carried out within the DIF framework.
As language apprenticeship requires a regularity of practice and personal input, the accumulation of DIF training rights (20 hours per year for a full-time job contract), allows a modulation of length of training adapted to the needs of the individual.
Numerous trainees have, in close consultation with their employer, decided to give all of their DIF hours over to English training with ECS each year.
